  Had an appointment for my child. Arrived 20 minutes early and stayed an hour and a half after the appointment start time yelling for someone to come to the front desk. No one that worked there showed up. They told me it was my fault. Never will I recommend this place. I'm not the only one this has happened to. There were 2 other people in the office with me yelling for someone too.

  They accommodate busy parents who need later appointment times and they have an inviting, fun waiting area for kids. The dentists are amazing. I live across town and will travel to them every time.

  They told me in my 1st visit Nitrous Oxide inhalation is necessary for the kids and covered by the insurance and they have done the procedure. Then I surprised by getting bill of 193$ to be paid for two kids, I called to discuss that and pay, nobody answered from billing dept. in my next appointment they overcharged me by 57$ as late fee and I paid 250$. and in my next visit I paid 71$ for Nitrous Oxide inhalation again (they didn't tell me it isn't necessary). When I checked with insurance they said it is covered if it is medically necessary and the clinic know that (if the child have certain illness like cardiac prob.). After long discussion with front desk they said you can do the procedure without Nitrous Oxide. Just now you're telling me that, after you charged me 266$. This not professional at all. It is just like they want to get your money even there is no need. In the last visit both kids (6 & 9 yrs old) has done filling with out having Nitrous Oxide inhalation and it went fine. Other than that Both dentists in the clinic is great and doing a good job.
