- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a horrible experience when my original cnp left and I received the default...a Maryanne B. Cnp...she was extremely rude and condescending to me. She made a mistake in forgetting to sign a prescription for a refill. When I went back to her office for her signature; she then stated that they would need a urine sample; which I was happy to give and did. I then was told to leave without my Rx and wait for results. When the results came in... I was told that she had discontinued my medications due to the fact that my medication did not show up in my urine. My medication was a prn which I mostly used when I had PMS. I attempted to explain that to them and was treated very poorly...basically insinuating that I was selling my medication which I ws not. I then threatened them with a lawyer. I am no longer a patient there and would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Horribly degrading experience.
